Vinification & élevage
Mechanical harvesting. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Fermentation during 3 weeks in temperature-controlled vats at 15°.

Beneath a flesh colour, the nose reveals flavors of pastry enriched by floral notes
The palate is all in finesse and a beautiful freshness accompanied by a hint of brioche.
