Vin Rosé IGP VAR
The colour is pale with peach highlights. White flowers such as hawthorn develop on the nose. Notes of pear and fennel add to the palate, bringing richness and freshness. The finish is punctuated by a salty note.

Mechanical and manual harvesting. All plots (22 hectares) are less than one kilometre from the winery.
Gravity-fed reception of grapes, destemming, crushing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of reds in stainless steel vats. Then inert pressing.

The vineyard is ideally located in a very ancient valley of the Var. It benefits from a climate conducive to perfect ripeness, generous sunshine during the day and pleasant coolness at night.
