Vin Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP
The colour is pale pink with salmon highlights. The nose is rich with notes of red berries such as redcurrants and subtle hints of pastry. The rich and very pleasant palate combines fruit and a hint of spice. The latter gives the wine a very nice length.

Gravity-fed grape reception, destemming, crushing, inerted pneumatic pressing. Cold stabilisation, low-temperature fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
