The colour is intense with purple highlights. The nose is rich with red fruit aromas. The palate is concentrated, with spices and red fruit mingling with pleasant, present tannins.

Mechanical and manual harvesting. All plots (22 hectares) are less than one kilometre from the winery. Gravity-fed reception of grapes, destemming, crushing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months.
Soil type
The vineyard is ideally located in a very ancient valley of the Var. It benefits from a climate conducive to perfect ripeness, generous sunshine during the day and pleasant coolness at night.
