Pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Aromas of white and exotic fruits mingle on the nose. The rich and full-bodied palate reveals a lovely freshness beneath its exotic notes. The aroma is persistent.

Vinification & aging
Gravity-fed grape reception, destemming, crushing, inerted pneumatic pressing. Cold stabilisation, low-temperature fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Soil type
The vineyard is ideally located in a very ancient valley of the Var. It benefits from a climate conducive to perfect ripeness, generous sunshine during the day and pleasant coolness at night.
